Kamini Wimalaratna
Founder/ CEOKamini Wimalaratna is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of RedRuby Co., Ltd. in Japan, the Proprietor of Charm Lanka in Sri Lanka, and the Founder and Chairman of RedRuby (Pvt) Ltd in Sri Lanka. In 1996, she established Charm Lanka, initiating the import of Japanese vehicles to Sri Lanka. Over the past three decades, she has successfully imported more than 10,000 vehicles, significantly contributing to the automotive industry in Sri Lanka.
In 2015, leveraging her extensive experience in international trade, Kamini founded RedRuby Co., Ltd., focusing on exports, real estate investments, and fund management. Under her leadership, RedRuby has expanded its export operations to countries including Australia, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, and various African nations. Her strategic vision and dedication have been instrumental in the company’s growth and diversification into new markets.
